There are three guest rooms, all newly
renovated in 2007. The Rose Room holds an elegant four poster bed, marble
topped dressers and tables, and a private, marble inlaid bath with custom
vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and a luxury European towel warmer.The Lodge Room
is the largest room with a separate sitting area, featuring lodge and fishing
motif fine art. It also has a private bath with custom vanity, Jacuzzi
bathtub, and a Luxury European towel warmer. Both the Rose and Lodge Rooms
have a walk-out porch facing the gardens and brook. Additionally, The Rose
Room and the Lodge Room may be closed off to form a larger, two-room suite. |

The third guest room, The Folk Room,
features local folk art, a beautiful view of the gardens and brook, and
a bathroom with a large shower directly across the hall. |

Our guests are invited to enjoy a
delicious breakfast featuring local produce, home baked breads and pastries,
and cooked-to-order eggs. We encourage you to explore our 2,000+ volume
library specializing in theology, sociology, education, and the classics,
or, take a seat at the large library table - perfect for scrap booking
and hobbies. Alternatively, visit the Music Room, complete with Grand piano,
to sing your own tune. |

With 100s of acres to
hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski, the Handsome Brook Farm has something
for everyone! Take a walk on Blueberry Hill – our 20 acre blueberry,
raspberry, and strawberry orchard – or get the Farm Experience by
helping feed the farm animals, plant and tend the berries, pick fresh fruit
and vegetables (in season), or help with general activities. |

Lists of excursions and area activities; including Cooperstown
and the Baseball Hall of Fame, Howe Caverns, fly fishing guides, antique
markets, farmers markets, theatre, opera, and more. We will be happy to
make reservations for you, and to pack a lunch for you if you desire. |
